🔽 PRIMARY DOWNLOAD METHOD

Standard Download from Pendora (All Orders in General)

All digital orders are delivered through Pendora Digital Downloads using a standard download method unless otherwise stated.

How It Works

  • After checkout, click “Download” on the order confirmation page
  • You will also receive an email from Pendora Digital Downloads with your secure download link
  • Click the link to download your file directly
  • Each order allows up to 3 downloads
  • Download links expire after 14 days (336 hours) — please save your files safely
  • If your link expires or you reach the download limit, message us with your order number and we will resend your link one time

💻 Desktop / Laptop (Recommended)

  1. Complete your purchase
  2. Click “Download” on the order confirmation page
  3. Open the email from Pendora Digital Downloads
  4. Click the download link
  5. Choose Save File when prompted
  6. Save the file to your Desktop or Downloads folder
  7. Open the PNG file after it has fully downloaded

📱 Mobile Phone (iPhone / Android)

  1. Open the Pendora download email
  2. Tap the download link (opens in Safari or Chrome)
  3. Select Download or Save to Files
  4. Save the file to your device’s Files app
  5. Locate the file in Files > Downloads
  6. Open the file after saving

⚠️ Always save the file before opening on mobile devices.

📱 Tablet (iPad / Android Tablet)

  1. Open your Pendora download email
  2. Tap the download link in your browser
  3. Choose Save to Files when prompted
  4. Access the file through the Files app or Downloads folder
  5. Open the file once saved

📦 SECONDARY DOWNLOAD METHOD

ZIP File Download (**Special Orders Only)

**For special orders, PNG image files may be delivered as a ZIP file.
Customers will be advised in advance if their order will be delivered in a ZIP format.

ZIP files must be extracted (unzipped) before use.

How to Open a ZIP File

Desktop / Laptop

  • Locate the ZIP file in your Downloads folder
  • Double-click the ZIP file to extract it
  • Open the extracted folder to access your PNG file(s)

Mobile Phone / Tablet

  • Save the ZIP file to your device’s Files app
  • Tap the ZIP file to extract it
  • Open the extracted folder to access your PNG file(s)

⚠️ PNG files cannot be used while still inside a ZIP folder.

  • This is a digital download only — no physical item will be shipped
  • Downloads are limited to 3 per order
  • Always save and extract files before use
  • Desktop downloads are recommended for best experience
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen and printer settings
